We close the day together, as we opened it. And for those who wish to stay, there is time to meet Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche and Marieke van Meijeren afterwards.

"When we allow ourselves to be imperfect, patient,
and tolerant with our own mistakes, compassion naturally arises."

Self Compassion Practices
Rinpoche guides you through two experiential practices, each one entering the theme from a different direction.
The first is a Bliss meditation, a physical practice in which the body is met with kindness rather than demand. What has been held for years is allowed to soften, and enough space opens to feel what lies beneath the surface without fearing it.
The second is a loving visualisation, directed at the mind and at the deeper emotions underneath it. Here you meet the voice that grants you so little, and you learn to look at her differently.
Compassion does not begin as a thought. It begins in the body, in the breath, in the state you are in before a single word is formed. That is why these practices move from the body toward the mind, rather than the other way around.

The Method TR: Unlocking Transcendental Consciousness
TR (Transcendental ‘Reizen’) allows us to transcend the limitations of our ordinary self, unlocking deeper aspects of our potential and connection to the Soul. In this immersive experience, we will move beyond familiar states of mind, entering higher states of consciousness that bring healing, clarity, and profound transformation.
Through focused practice, we shift our energy, releasing emotional blockages and limiting beliefs, and stepping into a space of deep peace and heightened awareness. As we raise our frequency, mystical insights emerge, allowing us to experience life with a renewed sense of purpose and connection.
This experience offers you the opportunity to feel the effects of TR firsthand. Beyond the conditioned mind lies a state in which clarity and unconditional love are simply available, without effort and without having earned them first. From there, the way you speak to yourself begins to change on its own.

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche
Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche is a high and precious Buddhist master. He bases his teachings on the ancient Tantric knowledge that has been the foundation of Tibetan Buddhism, Medicine, and Astrology. Having profound knowledge in these fields, Rinpoche now presents to the world the wisdom of his venerable lineage, integrating various disciplines as they were originally intended. His deep experience, compassionate teaching style, and innate kindness make him a valuable bridge to Tibetan Buddhist culture and traditions.
Born in 1976 in the Amdo region of Tibet, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche was recognized at the age of 13 as the eighth reincarnation of the Nyentse Lama and was enthroned at Sowa Monastery. His education spanned multiple Tibetan Buddhist traditions, including Gelug, Bön, Jonang, and Mahamudra, embodying the Rime (non-sectarian) approach. He studied extensively in Sutra, Medicine, and Astrology, receiving teachings from esteemed masters such as Geshe Samten, Geshe Jamyang Nyima, and Lama Gungtang.
In 1993, Rinpoche left Tibet to continue his studies at Gaden Shartse Monastery in India. Since 2000, he has traveled the world, sharing Tibetan wisdom in a way that is accessible and applicable to modern life. In 2002, he founded Nangten Menlang International, an organization dedicated to preserving and spreading Tibetan Buddhist culture through teachings on Lu Jong (Tibetan healing yoga), Tog Chöd (Wisdom Sword), Tsa Lung (channels and energy yoga), and Tummo (inner-fire meditation).
Renowned for his warmth, humor, and profound insights, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche continues to inspire individuals to harmonize body and mind. By blending ancient wisdom with contemporary understanding, he helps alleviate suffering and guides people toward a deeper connection with themselves and the world.

Marieke has facilitated more than 600 hours of TR sessions, both online and in person. Each session is uniquely designed with a carefully curated musical landscape, seamlessly weaving the extraordinary, the mystical, and the extrasensory into everyday life.
Through TR, participants transcend the limitations of the small, conditioned mind, allowing the energy field around them to vibrate once more in pure awareness, shaping life from the heart, through a healthy mind, and in deep consciousness. In this space, a renewed and magical vision for life emerges, one that can be lived and experienced in beauty and well-being.
